Lady Lake Hut

Brief History

Lady Lake hut was built in the summer of 2002 - 2003, to replace one burnt down in the 1960's. Construction by the Mountain Huts Preservation Society, lead by Simon Cubit.

Construction - iron over timber frame.

Caretakers - Tasmanian Mountain Huts Preservation Society, members shown below, following practical completion of the new hut - photograph courtesy of Simon Cubit, President.
